BASIC COVER

Section 1 – Property All Risks

Loss of or damage to Office Contents including:

• Machinery and equipment      
• Deed, document, card, tape, film or transparency
• Document in transit
• Computer system records       
• Work of art or curios
• Trade samples and goods held in trust
• Replacement of door locks
• Personal Effects of the Insured or employee of the Insured

Free Extensions

• Damage to premises following theft
• Damage to insured property during alterations and repairs of the premises
• Fire extinguishing expenses    
• Temporary removal
• Professional fees
• Additional cost of removal of debris 

Section 2 – Business Interruption

Increase in cost of working incurred in consequence of damage to property insured under Section 1

• Denial of access                                                
• Failure of public utilities                                            
• Additional accounting fees

Section 3 – Money

1. Loss of money in transit or on the office premises
2. Loss of crossed cheques, crossed postal orders, crossed money orders, crossed bankers’ drafts and credit card sales vouchers
3. Loss of or damage to safes and cash register caused by theft or attempted theft

Section 4 – Fidelity Guarantee

Loss of money due to acts of fraud or dishonesty committed by employee

Section 5 – Personal Accident

Accidental death or permanent total disablement of the Insured or employee as a result of fire, explosion, theft or attempted theft at the premises

Section 6 – Public Liability

Legal liability for accidental bodily injury or property damage to third parties

OPTIONAL COVER

Section 7 – Employees’ Compensation

Employer’s liability to employee under the Employees’ Compensation Ordinance and Common Law up to the statutory limit required under the Ordinance

• Overseas business visits
