IMPORTANT NOTES

  1. All contents, terms and conditions of this insurance are written in accordance with the relevant laws of the HKSAR.
  2. This insurance is applicable to self-occupied or rental dwelling of brick, stone or concrete construction throughout located in the HKSAR.
  3. Premium is rated according to the type of property, building age and gross floor area or saleable floor area of the dwelling specified in leaflet. For any specification not mentioned, please contact your insurance agent or broker for separate underwriting.
  4. This insurance does not accept property with unauthorized subdivided flats.
  5. The 24-hour home emergency assistance hotline service is rendered by contractors of this Company. The Company shall not be held responsible for any advice or performance on the part of the contractors and shall not bear any costs of the pay service subscribed by the Insured.
